Arm Lift.
As we age, many of us experience a loss
of skin elasticity in the upper arm area. This can be compounded by genetics or weight
loss, often resulting in skin that hangs loosely and appears flabby. For many people, this
results in lost self-esteem and increased self-consciousness, limiting the types of
clothing that they are willing to wear and their enjoyment of simple activities.
An arm lift can remove excess, sagging
skin from the upper portion of the arms, thereby dramatically improving the contour of
that area and bringing it back into balance with the rest of the arm and other portions of
the body. An arm lift is often combined with liposuction to achieve the best results.

procedure?
To re-contour excess, sagging fat and

Depending on the extent and areas
affected, an upper arm lift can take from 1 to 3 hours.
What can I expect after
surgery?
You will wear a compression garment for
4 to 6 six weeks after your surgery to support the newly contoured skin. You may
experience a moderate amount of swelling, bruising, and discomfort for the first 7 to 10
