What are the goals of the procedure?

How long will the surgery take?

Nasal surgeries require approximately 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 hours to perform.

What can I expect after surgery?

During the first 24 hours your face will feel puffy, your nose may ache. The swelling and bruising around your eyes will peak after 2-3 days. Most swelling and bruising should disappear in 2-3 weeks. Nasal packing and nasal splints are all removed within the first week after surgery.

When can I return to work?

Most patients return to work in 7-10 days after surgery.
